Sat 3/14: Annual AL Post 515 Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner and 9th Annual Kristin Kinlin Memorial Fundraiser, 5pm, in the Hall at VFW 2179.

On July 10, 2014, Lt. Governor Guadagno as Acting Governor, signed a bill designating May of each year as Military Appreciation Month at VFW Post 2179.

We are saddened by the news of recent passing of Past VFW 2179 Ladies Auxiliary and District 6 President Mary Weber. Our thoughts and prayers are with past VFW 2179 Commander Frank Weber, the Weber Family and VFW 2179.
